A yoga lesson Holidays with guided nature walks
Yoga Holidays with Guided Walking - the Healthy Relaxation Retreat

A real French holiday experience combined with holistic therapies including yoga, walking and massage to help you unwind and feel well.

A break at La Buissière is essentially a French experience blended with a passion for yoga and walking. Combined with plenty of relaxation, the integration of yoga and nature helps create a balanced foundation for anyone, irrespective of age, searching for a healthy lifestyle, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

But everything in moderation. You are on holiday after all. Most of our visitors find the mix of gentle yoga, healthy hiking and lounging just about right to help them unwind and feel good, but there is no pressure whatsoever, you can do just as much or as little as you want.

It is ideal for friends or couples who may not share the same interests - they can be selective about which activities they choose to do, individually or together.

Relaxation is usually a priority for visitors to La Buissière. To help you relax and unwind even further our fully qualified masseuses offer various types of massage therapy.

They are the perfect complement to both yoga and walking, helping to alleviate stress, improve body posture and reduce stiffness. Plus, if you really want to spoil yourself why not try one of our beauty treatments.

Yoga lesson

"Whereas some would say that yoga is the mother of all exercises, surely there is nothing more natural and primal than walking".
