Stretching your feet

To help stretch the upper part of your feet, which is useful for kneeling postures, try the folowing tip:

Kneel, sit on your heels and hold your knees with your hands;

Then, lift first one knee off the floor, and then the other knee;

When this exercise becomes easier, try lifting both knees simultaneously.
