To obtain an improved arm position in the Eagle posture, start by crossing your arms, reaching for your shoulder blades to stretch across your back.
From there, keep one elbow inside the other and bring your hands together in front as usual.
Remember to reverse your arm positions when balancing on the other leg; always keeping your elbow above the opposite knee.
