This will help you improve your standing postures, for example the Trikonasana Asana.

Make your feet and legs really strong by visualising them as your 'roots' stretching into the ground, and firmly anchoring you.

Hold this visualisation strongly, and your upper body will become light, free and pliable, allowing it to move easily into more difficult asanas.
