Where we are

Domaine de la Grausse is in the village of Clermont La Grausse, in the French department of the Ariege, located in the heart of the Pyrenees, bordering Spain and Andorra.

By Air

There are frequent low cost flights from most UK main and regional airports to the south-west of France. The nearest and most convenient airports are, in order: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Perpignan, Pau, Bergerac

By Train

The excellent French railway network makes this a pleasant and leisurely way to travel:

• Depart St. Pancreas on the Eurostar at 08:35 Saturday morning.
  Arrive 11:27 at Lille Europe, and walk 500 meters to the Lille Flanders station.
  Depart 12:38 on the TGV for Toulouse, arriving 20:12.
  Change platforms for the 21:22 to Foix, arriving 23:00
  We will meet you here and bring you by car to Domaine de la Grausse
• Alternatively, depart St. Pancreas on the Eurostar at 09:26 Saturday morning.
  Arrive 12:47 at Paris Gare du Nord. Take the metro/taxi to Montparnasse.
  Depart 14:10 on the TGV for Toulouse, arriving 19:26.
  Change platforms for the 19:50 to Foix, arriving 21:05
  We will meet you here and bring you by car to Domaine de la Grausse

Other times and routes are available for travel between London and France.

By Car

If you depart from London and take the Eurotunnel and motorways, it is 727 miles to Domaine de la Grausse and will take about 12 hours driving, all on motorway to Foix.

Alternatively, taking a ferry from Portsmouth to Caen or St. Malo, is the shortest and more scenic route through France. It is about 530 miles to Domaine de la Grausse, and will take about 9½ hours, driving mostly on non-motorway roads. Check schedules and prices for ferries.

By Coach

You can depart from Waterloo coach station on a Friday evening at 15:30 hours and arrive in Toulouse at 14:30 hours on Saturday, and then train to Foix, where we can meet and bring you by car to Domaine de la Grausse
